Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Business Policy

1.1 Product Returns

No returns will be accepted for products:

• That are nearing expiry (within 6 months of the expiry date), or
• That have already expired at the time of return request.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and ensuring storage conditions in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.

1.2 Discrepancies & Claims

Any claims related to short supply, wrong delivery, or transit damage must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receipt.

Claims received beyond this period will not be entertained.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date mentioned on the invoice.

Late payments may lead to:

• Suspension of further dispatches
• Withholding of credit facilities

2.2 Payment Modes

Accepted modes: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance).

All payments must be made in favor of: Kauthar Pharmaceuticals.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds on Finalized Sales

Payments made against supplied goods are non-refundable unless:

• There has been a duplicate payment, or
• The order was cancelled by us prior to dispatch, or
• There was a verified delivery of incorrect products.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Verified refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the approval date.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or adjusted against future transactions.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Buyer (Pre-Dispatch Only)

Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch, subject to:

• Written confirmation from the buyer, and
• Approval by our order fulfillment team.

Non-cancellable items once confirmed:

• Special-order, custom-procured, or non-stock items
• Orders already packed or invoiced

4.2 Cancellation by the Distributor

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

• Stock unavailability
• Regulatory or documentation issues
• Incorrect pricing or order errors

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, regardless of the place of order or delivery.

6. Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
